Job Description

We are now looking for talented candidates with experience in workplace renovation to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Take lead and report to Project Director for project planning, managing and control the execution of multi-disciplinary projects from inception to handover with high quality, within schedule and budget
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders and end-users. Manage design consultants and contractors for project success
  • Competency in aspects of management services including Project Execution, Project Control, Programme & Scheduling, Design Management, Contract Administration, Cost Management, Risk Management, Value Management, Stakeholders Management, Procurement Strategy, Quality Management, Contract Strategy, Change Management and Construction Advisory
  • Act as Client’s Representative as necessary
  • Willing to work outside Hong Kong as and when required

Qualifications and Experiences required:

  • Candidates should possess membership of a recognised professional institute in Project Management, Building Surveying, Office Fitout or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of post chartered experience for the position of Senior Project Manager
  • At least 2 years of post chartered experience for the position of Project Manager
  • Conversant with local government regulations and health & safety for building projects
  • Creative, self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Familiar with project management software tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project and Building Information Management (BIM) would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage
