Assistant Project Manager (3RS)

Major Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager to coordinate the construction project (3RS)

- Collaborate with other teams and subcontractors to complete project according to the  schedule

- Work closely with the Project Manager and Financial Department in daily operation

- Assist the management of the construction site to ensure the smooth functioning of the site

- Report project progress regularly and prepare proposals and reports as required

- Maintain financial records

- Provide on-site supervision as required

- Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

- Degree holder (Study in Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines is an advantage)

- 5 years or above relevant working experience in construction management / engineering

- Good communication skills and time management

- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese word Processing

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Independent and able to work under pressure

- Willing to working outside office

- Immediately availability is preferred

Benefits / others:

- 5.5 working days per week

- Working Location: Tuen Mun Central Square

- 1-year contract, renewal of contract subject to performance review

- 13- month salary plus performance bonus after contract ends

- 7-day annual leaves

-  Monthly Salary: HK$25,000 (subject to working experience)
