The Job:

The incumbent will be accountable for providing quantity surveying services in all cost, financial and contractual matters relating to the project assigned.

He / she is responsible for quantity surveying duties on ASD projects, supervising quantity surveying duties as required by management, or responsible for specific quantity surveying duties reporting functionally to seniors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with professional membership
• 4 years’ QS experience in which 1-2 years at supervisory level and previous experience in QS consultant is preferred
• Experience in contract administration / claim management is an advantage
• Good command of both English and Chinese
