Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our appointed property management company to deliver high standard service to our luxurious residential property.
• Provide advice and preventative measures on repairing and maintenance service to enhance the quality of facilities.
• Liaise and co-ordinate the consultants/contractors/workers/property management company for design and builder work related matters.
• Monitor the contractors/workers to carry out renovation/maintenance work and follow up on progress with daily report to head office.
• Plan and conduct relevant marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate or above in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years experience in property management with 2 years in management level.
• Knowledge in building management, maintenance work, management account and marketing.
• Proactive, result-driven, responsible with strong communication skill and multitasking.
• Good MS Office skill and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
