Our client, a reputable property investment company (landlord) is urgently looking for a Property Leasing Administrative Secretary to join their office in Central.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Leasing Teams on a regular basis
• Assist in leasing documentation matters and marketing events activities including preparation, logistic and execution
• Format, type-up and proof read leasing documents
• Assist accounting team on simple accounting matters and liaise with internal and external legal counsels
• Handle enquiries internally and externally
• Monitor stocks logistics for different festival events and marketing activities

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education/ associate degree holder with at least 2 years experience in secretarial or administrative within legal firms or property builders/ developers
• Holder of Diploma of Legal Studies is an advantage
• Excellent telephony manner with flexible personality
• Good command of written and spoken of English 
• Detailed mind with positive thinking and can do attitude
• Proficient in MS office applications
• With legal firm secretarial experience is a plus
