Job Description
Our Client is a sizable main contractor and mainly handles building contracting project in Hong Kong / China. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.
Responsibilities
- Project Type: Residential Project / Commercial Project / Government Project
- Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of Building/E&M disciplines
- Conduct clash analysis and create 3D & 4D construction sequence simulation animation
- Communicate and co-ordinate with different parties including consultants and internal operation team
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in BIM modeling
- Good knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, 3DSMax and Sketchup and AutoCAD;
- Self-motivated & willing to work under pressure
- Good commend of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate Available is highly regarded
