Job Description

  • Diploma or above in Building Studies or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in related field
  • Knowledge on building services will be an advantage
  • Experience in project with “LEED” or “BEAM” certification will be an advantage
  • Good command in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in use of computer
  • Responsible to coordinate between client, consultant, architect and contractors in building works on local properties’ renovation/upgrade
