Job Description
Our client is a an international luxury retailer with strong focuses on leather goods and shoes. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Regional Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and execute thematic store windows and visual implementation plan of the markets
- Monitor VM budget and project planning.
- Provide guidance and regular training for retail team in production projects including window displays, in-store highlights, events and promotions
- Work closely with HQ on design and develop the retail format, plans and guidelines for the brand
- Prepare VM reports for management use
- Regular store visits and provide VM support and coordinate with different departments.
Requirements :
- Degree or above in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion visual merchandising
- Good team player with strong supervisory and project management skills
- Strong command on Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience with be considered as Regional VM Manager
