Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD,Sketchup,or other design based skills
• Experience of site management, sub-contractor coordination would be advantage
• Good communication skills and capable of handling full set drawings independently
  
• Responsible Self-motivated and Creative
• Customer focused and team orientated
• Less experience / Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Basic Salary: 12,000-18,000 Negotiable
• High Commission 
• Work Location : Mei Foo, Shau Kei Wan

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of  presentation & construction drawings
• Preparation of budget and quotation
• Assist and coordinate with Project Manager
• Site supervision & coordination if needed
• Immediate availability & living around Lam Tin is highly preferred
