Assistant Creative Manager - VM+Packaging Design (Luxury Retail) (5day work) (HK$28K-32K)

Our client is a renowned luxury retail group in Asia. They are looking for an Assistant Creative Manager to add to their growing team.

Assistant Creative Manager

Responsibilities:

• Participate and collaborate in concept development and design idea together with internal teams to help define the overall creative strategy
• Generate creative ideas, concepts and design for company's branding project focusing on brand image revamp to deliver the brand image effectively across all shops
• Work with related internal & external parties to create design of window and in-store display and accomplish the works in practical execution
• Plan and manage visual display presentation from concept development to visual execution for retail stores
• Assist Creative Manager in all aspects of creative execution, from initial concepts through production phase that validate design decisions through research, customer data, trends and best practices
• Design and maintain brand, photography and campaign style guides
• Communicate and work closely with creative partners, agencies, photographers and printers as needed for completion of assigned projects

Requirements:

• 5 years of working experience in creative design industry, International luxury brand and retail business experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, multimedia design or a related course of study
• Mastery of the industry standard tools – Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Strong layout and typographic skills with a honed eye for photo direction
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in directing photo shoots and retouch is a must
• Highly motivated with an insatiable intellectual curiosity
• Creative, artistic, and passionate about art & design, luxury design standard, preferably possess international experience
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Cantonese
