Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day client liaison matter - translate clients' request and understand brief requirements
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing project program - prepare brief, report and traffic deliverable under pressure and tight production timeline
• Required to work with parties (internal and external) of different levels
• Manage / Control production budget, purchase order and invoice in a timely manner

Requirements:

• At least 1 years experience in advertising / graphic / event industry handling well known brand is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal communication and account servicing skill
• Detail minded & able to work under tight schedule
• Presentable, self-motivated and good team player
• Graduated in Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related disciplines
• Good at written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Relevant experience in exhibition, event decoration & visual merchandising will be an added advantage
