Our client, an internationally renowned design & innovation agency, is currently seeking a User Experience Designer for their digital team, which focuses on human-centric designs and the digital customer journey process. In this role, you will be tasked with applying expert research, analytical and UX design skills to conduct research, develop insight-led research assets, and design digital deliverables that bring the research to life in a tangible and realistic light (sketches, wireframes, and prototypes) for a wide range of clients.

You will work directly with clients and prospects to design end-to-end experiences using design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behaviour and verify design concepts. You will also turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity. You will utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement UX design criteria, UX guidelines, and strategic experience solutions. In addition, you will produce user requirements specifications, storyboards, scenarios, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, UX designer, or similar role
• Degree in design-related discipline
• In-depth knowledge and experience of user interface design with consumer applications, preferably with mobile devices, rich web apps, websites, or similar channels
• Strong knowledge and experience with driving and applying human-centric design processes
• Proficient in variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes) to business stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of design process and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
• Senior candidates will be considered for a Senior UX Designer role
