Customer Services

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and service issues.
• Following up jobs, coordinating internal and external parties, resolving clients complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/internal clients are meeting the expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in complaint handling, relevant experience in beauty / retail industry is preferred
• Patient, customer-oriented, good communication and negotiation skills, work under pressure
• Good customer service skill to explain the incident to complainant in order to settle the complaint
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Independent correspondence and proficiency in MS Word and Chinese word processing.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer.

Web Designer / Graphic Designer 平面 / 網頁設計

Job Responsibilities:

• Design with creativity idea and expert online user experience
• Handle web design including concepts, layouts, graphics & user interface, and response update and maintenance of company’s web site
• Produce excellent graphic design with online and offline advertising / concept, artwork production, etc

Requirements:

• F.5 or above in Graphic / Web Design / Multimedia or equivalent
• 2 - 3 year experience in related industry
• Hands-on experience in ActionScript 2.0 / 3.0, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, XML, Dreamweaver, HTML / DHTML, jQuery
• Experience in marketing will be an advantage
• Responsible, dynamic and able to meet tight schedule, willing to work under pressure
• Work independently, creative, self-motivated, able to meet tight schedule
• Immediate availability is preferred
