Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing visual merchandising strategies
- Planning the shop display and design
- Assist to develop various strategies for improvement of store ambience and display various seasonal items.
- Identifying and sourcing props, fabrics, hardware and lighting
- Coordinate and monitor the display installations
- Leading and motivating VM teams to complete displays to tight deadlines
- Executing Visual Merchandising in-house training programs
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in fashion retailing industry
- Working experience in China is a must
- Proactively solve problem and detail thinking
- Independent, strong leadership, communication and good training skills
- Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin
- Station in China
- Immediate available is preferred
