Responsibilities

• Organize efficient shipping flow from factories in mainland China to warehouses in the North American and Europe
• Regularly review shipping processes and pricing for optimization potential
• Assist the Manager on production planning, inventory control and setting up the procedure on Fulfilled by Merchant
• Assist on daily operation of all e-stores, including but not limited to customer enquiries and order processing cycle, product listing, pricing update, promotion, etc;
• Monitor platforms’ seller performance on regular basis to ensure performance continuously meeting platforms’ requirements, as well as to identify business improvement areas;
• Handle ad hoc tasks and provide regular reports.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Logistics / E-commerce experience and a rigorous understanding of long-haul and last-mile shipping, fresh graduate with ambition will be considered as assistant
• Experience with FBA arrangement is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Numerically sensitive with strong analytical mindset
• Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment that requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability
• Active listening and learning skill, team spirit mindset, good interpersonal communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
