Job Responsibilities:

• To support new project initiatives
• To understand business requirements and system functionalities, prepare test conditions and test cases
• To perform user acceptance tests, resolve problems, and escalate any critical issues
• To adhere to project schedule, liaise with internal departments in order to deliver quality services and to support new project initiatives
• To prepare user guide and training materials, participate in market rehearsal and communicate with market participants to facilitate a smooth project roll-out

Job Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Business / Finance / Economics / Accounting or a related subject
• 1 - 3 years' relevant experience in financial industry, preferably in well-established financial organizations with proven experience on OTC products, in particular rates and FX.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Conversant with MS Word / Excel / Access, knowledge of programming an advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
