Position

• Review, analyse and track the operation procedures and team performance of the Counseling Team
• Create data visualisations to demonstrate facts, initiatives and insights
• Prepare reports of findings regarding the operation procedures
• Assist in progress tracking
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as per required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Data Analytics
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), spreadsheets and databases
• Knowledge in Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Strong business and analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented and sensitive with numbers
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
