Job Description
- Design and develop English and Chinese Language Teaching & Learning publications at the highest quality possible;
- Educational research, desk editing, proofreading and general editorial duties;
- Liaise with authors, freelance contributors, teachers and academic consultants to ensure high standards of content;
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in market research, promotion and sales activities;
- Collaborate with design, production and technical teams on publishing and digital/multimedia productions.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Applied Linguistics, Education or in a discipline related to English and Chinese Language Teaching;
- Substantial educational publishing experiences;
- Native level command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Positive and pro-active - a committed team player who could work under pressure;
- Strong market sense, analytical skills, communication skills and organizational skills;
- Solid knowledge in Early Childhood Education, teaching experiences and/or good knowledge in using IT for education will be an advantage.
