Department of Social Work

The appointee is expected to teach social work courses, supervise students’ projects and to coordinate fieldwork / practicum administration at undergraduate level or above.

Requirements:

- PhD degree, plus a qualifying degree in social work with Registered Social Worker (RSW) qualification;

- five years of direct social work practice and fieldwork supervision experiences; and

- proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one to two years commencing June 2019 or as soon as possible. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
