The role…
Reports into the General Manager
Responsible for directly managing, supporting and providing direction and leadership to the maintenance team for Soho House Hong Kong. Supporting the management team as needed.
- Manage the daily activities related to the maintenance of the property, ground plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection
- Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventive maintenance and energy conservation
- Lead and manage the Energy Saving & Environmental Programs of the building
- Lead, develop, motivate and empower employees to deliver operational best practices, identifying opportunities and asking recommendations for improving efficiency and quality of service and operating standards
- Comply with the company policies, standards and related local laws
- Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works(E&M) for the property
- Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
What we look for…
- A holder of a recognized degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Possess no less than 5 years related experience in a hotel/club
- A highly organized, efficient and detail oriented leader
- A leader who is strong in staff coaching and problem solving
- A proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Speak fluent English and Cantonese
