Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Provide product support to customer
- Responsible for product maintenance
- Ensure work quality fulfill customer need
- Report service status to Customer Relationship Officer
Job Requirement:
- F. 5 or above in IT or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferable with Networking background
- Basic Network Knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & AutoCAD
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
