Job Description
Our client is a global company specializing in providing infrastructure support services to telecommunications operators, equipment manufacturers, government agencies and large corporations. They are now looking for suitable candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Perform operations and maintenance support for telecom network
- Monitor & maintain system performance
- Assist in trouble shooting and handle service complaints, system documentation and preparation of reports
- Shift duty is required and shift allowance is provided
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Network, Information Technology, or related
- 1-2 years of related working experience in telecom industry or computer network
- Sound knowledge in telecom, network or IT solutions, data communication, transmission and IP network
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
