Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- ODM & OEM manufacturer
- Consumer electronic products with focus in heart rate monitor/device & digital sports watch
- Core products : Heart Rate Monitor using wireless chest strap or finger sense; Cycle Computer with wired/wireless speed and cadence, temperature & altimeter functions; digital sports watch with GPS feature for global markets and international sports brands
- Headquarters : Hong Kong (70)
- Factory : Dongguan (800)
- We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Degree holder in quality management / engineering or related disciplines
- Over 5 years experience in quality assurance and quality control in consumer electronic products
- Experience in manufacturers is highly prefer
- Strong knowledge in ISO9000 & ISO14000 systems
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Experience or interest in digital sports watch / heart rate monitor or related products is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Six-sigma green-belt preferred
- Good knowledge or experience in OEM/ODM
- Solid managerial level experience to lead a Team
- Report to the Director
- Lead QA/QC team in Dongguan factory
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and drive quality improvement programs
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans to enhance quality performance
- Enhance quality performance through early involvement from design stage and production process to ensure the quality is consistent
- Establish and manage Product Quality Plan to ensure compliance of customers’ requirements
- Drive the investigation of all customer complaints and product failures, to facilitate resolution as well as implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- 5 days work
- Work based in Dongguan factory
