As part of the Customer Contact Centre Solutions Team, you are responsible for:

• Provide presales and consultation support to sales and customers;
• Provide post-implementation support;
• Responsible for solution proposal preparation and presentation;
• Ensure good communication between project team, sales and clients;
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or discipline related to computing or information system;
• Minimum 3-4 years of IT post qualification experience;
• Knowledge of application development using Microsoft .Net technologies, in particular VB.NET, ASP.NET, C# as well as web services;
• Knowledge in support on Windows Platform and Linux Platform;
• Experience/knowledge of below will be an advantage:
  • Contact Center implementation, specially in IVR Application, Call Center Application or CTI Application Development;
  • NICE/Verint recording solution;
  • Avaya Call Center System, Cisco Call Center System and / or Genesys Call Center System;
• Good knowledge of contact center business, functionalities of its required hardware and software;
• Positive attitude, fast learning, energetic, able to perform in a challenging environment;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
