Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise a production team to support daily production operations
• Assist in planning, communicating and implementing the manufacturing strategies as well as manpower, budget, quality and cost control of the department
• Coordinate and technical support in daily manufacturing processes to meet targets and tight deadline
• Identify operational risks, troubleshoot problems included networking equipment supply support
• Responsible for data analysis & guide the yield improvement
• Assist in on-the-job training to production staff
• Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• 5 years or above experience in production management
• Ophthalmic lens quality assurance experience preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 system
• Knowledge of EP and OHS
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good analytical skills
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
