Job Summary

• Develop iOS/Android/Windows/Mac Apps for portable electronics products
• Explore and evaluate different enabling technologies such as open-source/commercial libraries or cloud services
• Prepare functional specifications and documents for mobile / PC Apps, design, development, testing and implementation
• Prepare test plan, test cases to ensure the quality of the Apps in different development phases
• Oversee vendor software development on consumer electronics products
• Evaluate vendors' software deliverables fulfilling software requirements specification & identify software bugs
• Work with supervisor to define software requirements specification

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ experience in developing IOS/Android mobile Apps and PC Apps with GUI in Windows and Mac for electronics consumer products
• Experience in defining software requirements specification
• Experience in defining software test cases and evaluating software quality 
• Experience in using software testing automation platform to conduct software regression test for different target smartphones or PC
• Hands on programming skills in Objective C, Swift, Java, iOS SDK and Android SDK
• GUI and general programming skills, especially for applications on Windows and Mac
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
• Good systematic, analytical, creative mindset for problem solving
• Able to work independently and under pressure, motivate vendors to complete projects in a limited time frame
