My client is a multinational company that manufacture commercial and consumer electronics.

Responsibilities: 

• Deploy and sustain quality and manufacturing engineering programs and processes, lead and deploy best practices throughout the local organization to improve the manufacturing processes and reduce operating costs with a focus on Lean tools.
• Improve and leverage quality practices, diagnose system and process capability of local operations and lead improvements.
• Develop continuous improvement plan, establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures in alignment with the Global Quality/Manufacturing Team.
• Lead and develop the final test quality organization to execute quality practices for system review prior to shipment. Implement customer certification processes and lead special assignments/projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Engineering or relevant areas
• 7 or more years of relevant working experience with 3 years’ experience in Managerial, preferably electronic medical devices
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc)
• Effective communication on scientific and technical ideas to get results
• Excellent English and Mandarin in speaking and writing.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Candidates with high qualification or experience may also be considered as Senior Manager.
