Facilities Service Manager *Base Salary + 2-3 Months Bonus* 

Our Clients is Top-Tier Developer and they’re looking for the Facilities  Service Manager for their  existing projects in Hong Kong. Mainly duties include Manage daily operation and all functions of Facility Management and Monitor  Technology development works etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management or relevant Engineering disciplines
• Corporate membership of HKIS, HKIA, HKIE, HKIFM or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant post qualification working experience in operation and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure or handling A&A and fitting out projects
• Experience in facilities management with knowledge on licensing and maintenance certifications
• Well knowledge with FM-Maintenance Management System and space management software;
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and management skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
