Job Duties:

• Assist Chief Engineer  in the distribution of service requests to different trades;
• Manage and make recommendation, planning for day to day maintenance work;
• Supervise and delegate tasks to the technical staff, technician:
• Manage and supervise the contractor for carrying out maintenance, improvement and renovation works in Hotel areas.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical.  Electrical or Building Services Engineering;
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade B;
• With 3 years working experience in Hotel or similar capacity;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
