Responsibilities 

• Capable of handling tender process;
• Responsible for project coordination include design, construction, cost & quality control, documentation and sourcing of material;
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and factories to carry out fitting out works in accordance with prescribed engineering specifications;
• Monitor and manage the project to ensure that it will complete to the required quality standard, within budget cost and on schedule;
• Responsible for preparing report, analysis and ad hoc work task as required;
• Able to work under continuous pressure and unpredicted volume of works;
• Good communication skills, well organized, tactful, self-initiative, pleasant with ability to handle multi-tasks and could closely work with the team.
