Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries from clients on technical issues of toys safety test
- Provide technical service and support to clients
- Review failed test result, interpret international safety standard & requirement
- Work with testing team to perform on-site safety conformity assessment as required Support new testing development and facilitate internal operations
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Physics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in product quality, product testing or product development. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
- Preferably with experience gained from testing laboratory, manufacturing environment or toys industry
- Familiar with production process of toys / premium toys testing procedures and international testing standard will be advantages
- Able to deal with clients and tackle technical problems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
