Responsibilities:

• Provide daily clerical support: data entry, filing, handle emails 
• Prepare documents and photos for engineering projects, calculate work done and material usage / prepare as built drawing 
• Communicate with clients
• Assist supervisor in daily operations and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-year work experience 
• Proficient in computer knowledge & Microsoft Office
• A good team player with good communication skill, stable, well organized, independent and hardworking
• Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines with relevant work experience is preferable
• Familiar with Autocad is preferable
