Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop IOT / smart lighting software and firmware
• Support existing firmware, fix bugs and add new features.
• Interface with hardware design and development, and review code design.
• Support customer service with firmware issues.
• Create and maintain internal firmware documentation.
• Review and support software manuals created by technical writers. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above of Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 5 -10+ years of experience in IOT / smart lighting products (Doctorate degree with less experience would be considered).
• Experience in IOT OS (Ubuntu, Mongoose), Cloud server (AWS, AZURE, Thingsboard) or Android/ios APP
• Experience in Bluetooth mesh, Zigbee, LoRa or Wifi communication standard
• Programming language including Python, Java, Javascript or C/C++
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent in English
