Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- European watch design & trading company for US and European watch brands and clients
- We are looking for PURCHASER - with details as follows :
- At least 4 years purchasing experience in watch field
- Good knowledge of watch components
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Experience in middle or high end watch brands is a plus
- Strategic logical and analytical mindset with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Understand the supplier industry well, has good sourcing knowledge and suppliers network to negotiate and supply good price and high quality of product components.
- Cooperate with production team to implementing monthly and weekly production plan
- Follow up the material supply and shortage status.
- Cooperate with supplier, quality team, and related parties to have a smooth supply of materials.
- Coordinate and negotiate with various watch component suppliers
- Monitor the inventory level of materials, take proper actions to speed up material turnover rate, avoid excess stock.
- Work in close collaboration with Switzerland and China Offices as well as internal departments inclusive of Sales, Logistics and QC teams to well understand stock status and take proactive actions to catch up schedule.
- Report to the Purchasing Manager
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
