Responsibilities

Our group is looking for a new Factory Manager who will station in India to set up our new manufacturing plants in India, you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide quality management related services which include but not limited to develop, implement, communicate and maintain quality assurance system in toy products;
• Collaborate with the factory to bring the quality management system compliance according to customer requirements;
• Perform quality qualifications and work closely with the factory on all production problems and issues;
• Initiate customer complaints investigation, organize meeting for root cause analysis and submit correction action plan;
• Coach, train and develop a competent quality team constantly;
  Provide subsequent proposals to enhance the quality management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline;
  
• 15 years related experience, focusing on quality management; experience in toys industry will be an advantage;
  
• Able to work on all quality related issues with good leadership;
  
• Good written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  
• Willing to station in India;
  
• Less experienced candidate will be considered Assistant Quality Manager.
