We are a leading multinational manufacturing company carrying toys manufacturing. We are now seeking high caliber individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities
Our group is looking for a new Factory Manager who will station in India to set up our new manufacturing plants in India, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for leading and managing moulding shop in factory;
- Excellent knowledge in plastic resin properties;
- Capable to establish optimum molding process to improve cycle time, yield and efficiency;
- Capable to resolve all molding issues.
Requirements
- F.5 or above with, at least, technical school certificate in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering subjects;
- >10 years relevant factory experience;
- Knowledge in injection tooling of toy products:
- Good interpersonal skill, hard-working, initiative and willing to take responsibility;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Computer knowledge (e.g. AutoCAD, ProE) in Engineering;
- Willing to station in India.
