Job Description
Responsibility
- Handle front office duties
- Maintain guest relationship
- Handle guest's and telephone enquiries
- Assist operations of the property
- Handle guest's complaints and special requests
- Coordinate with properties and other departments to maintain high service standards
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirement
- F.5 or above, diploma or certificate in Hospitality management or related disciplines
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghu, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good team spirit and customer oriented
- Experience in Hotel Front Office is an advantage
For Post (1) Need to work on shift duty
For Post (2) Night shift (9 hrs) 23:00 - 08:00
