Job Duties

• Answer incoming enquiry. Provide after sales service and follow through related after sales order processing
• Deliver professional customer service and technical support to our customers
• To prepare documents for maintainance and repair service
• Closely working with internal marketing team and technical team to serve customers and market needs

Requirements

•  F.6 or above
•  Good command of Chinese and English
•  Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
•  With good communication and organization skills
•  Interest in F&B industry
•  Willing to face different challenges
•  Immediate availability is an advantage
•  Fresh graduates may be also considered
