Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
• 2-4 years experience in front desk or customer service support
• Experience in premium clubhouse, aviation or hospitality industry
• Resourceful, cheerful, customer-oriented and good team player
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Computer knowledge in using Microsoft Office application
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level services to premium guests and members
• Responsible for cross-level coordination to fulfill guests’ needs & requirements
• Interact and serve guests in a gracious manner in order to build customer relations
• Identify solutions to ensure services are delivered in accordance with company policies
