• Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience with at least 1 year at supervisory level
• A well-organized planner with prompt & systematic decision making skills as well as analytical power
• A good team player with interpersonal and leadership skills
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skill
• Proficient in computer knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Opera and/or hotel property management system (PMS) is preferred
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
