Job Description :

- Involved in providing application support to customer

- Attend to customer queries and be able to quickly resolve issues or problems encountered

- Able to deliver maximum customers' satisfaction in helping users with their issue by clearly  

  communicate and guidance to users in using our products

- Installation and implementation of our product to customer

- Perform ad-hoc duties as the Company assigned

  Job Requirements :

- Completion of Secondary education or above

- At lease 2 years working experience in Travel Industry or IT Industry

- Good Command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Proficient in Windows OS and Office usage

- Able to work independently and under pressure
