Company Description
Our client is a well established and one of the leading Food and Beverage Company in Hong Kong. For business needs, they invited a good talent to join their manufacturing Team as Production Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting the different analysis to the entire company's operation and productivity including P&L analysis and cost & budget control
- Plan and Initiative the effective tools for method for controlling the cost effectively such as cost analysis report
- Maximize the capacity of production planning, cost forecast and resources utilization
- Initiate and conduct the marketing activities within the assigned budget
- Work closely with the other department to ensure the operation and execution run smoothly in order to achieve the company goal
- Other adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent in Accountancy, Business Administration, statistic or other related discipline.
- With at least 3-5 years’ experience in a related field
- Experience in food factory and strong finance background will be an advantage
- Strong in translating the raw data into a business insights
- Strong in numerical and analytical ability to identify the root cause and provide solution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and have ability to handle rapid growth of deliveries
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager
