Our Client, a Company of F&B industry, is now seeking for the position of General Manager(Japanese Restaurant).

Responsibilities

• To monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed.
• Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed.
• Co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions / menu planning / staff training.
• Manage staff issues including recruitment
• Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs / expenses 

Requirements 

• Restaurant Manager Experience(Japanese Restaurant is prefer)
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Japanese
