Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for all leasing matters including new sites acquisitions, lease renewals of existing stores and handle property management issues;
• Conduct market research for recommendation in new locations and market rent for reference;
• Liaise and maintain excellent relations with business partners such as the Developers, Landlords, Management Offices and solicitors;
• Maintain filling system and provide clerical supports

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estates or related disciplines;
• Min. 2-3 years related experience either in tenants or major developers, experience in F&B chains is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Attentive to details and capable to work under pressure;
• Well organized, multi-tasking and pro-active;
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Immediately available is preferred.
