職責  Responsibilities

• 提供優質餐飲服務、滿足客人要求Provide quality floor service to guests and satisfy their expectation
• 協助部長履行餐廳日常運作Assist Captain in daily operation of the restaurant
• 確保餐廳在各方面達至管理層要求的水平Ensure the restaurant is maintained as according to the management standard

要求  Requirements

• 中五/DSE畢業或以上  Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• 儀容整潔、待客以誠、性格親切、善於溝通Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills
• 擅於與客人互動  Excellent guest interaction skills
• 積極自律、仔細及有責任心Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
