Job Description
職責 Responsibilities
- 協助保持運作暢順及管理團隊Assist to ensure the smooth operation and monitor the team
- 提供優質服務予客人及達到高服務水平Provide superior service to our guests and achieve a high level of customer service
- 作為管理層、厨房和侍應的溝通橋樑Act as communicator between kitchen, management and waiter / waitresses
- 確保餐飲部員工熟悉餐廳政策,並能掌握是日特別菜式及餐牌項目Ensure all dining staff are informed about the restaurant’s policies and are knowledgeable about daily specials and menu items
- 維持餐廳整潔、餐具銀器擺放正確Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and tableware and silverware are properly in place and clean
要求 Requirements
- 中五/DSE畢業或以上 Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- 最少2年西餐廳相關工作經驗At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Western restaurants
- 儀容整潔、待客以誠、性格親切、善於溝通Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills
- 擅於與客人互動Excellent guest interaction skills
- 積極自律、做事仔細、有責任心Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
- 具良好中、英語能力Good command of spoken English and Chinese
