Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations General Manager in management and development of social enterprises – Tseung Kwan O Heritage Post Project, including:
• Set up and manage operations of Heritage Information Centre, Café and Guesthouse that provide quality service to all guests
• Prepare business plans, F&E, expenses forecasts, and standard operation procedures for all related areas
• Keep abreast of industry and market news, explore new business opportunities and develop innovative service offerings
• Build and maintain good relationship with community partners to promote social inclusion and disability employment
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years’ work experience in sales & marketing, hospitality or related disciplines
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical sense, be familiar with local market environment
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills with servant leadership
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good knowledge and understanding of social enterprises is preferable
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the post of Project Specialist
