Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality VIP service in events, VIP lounge, service counter or via hotline
- Providing accurate information and prompt assistance to customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction of customers
- Collecting feedbacks from customers and keeping good relationship with VIP
- Performing administrative duties including data management for customers' spending records
- Providing assistance on ad hoc duties, including promotion and gift redemptions
Qualifications
- Degree holder or above in any discipline
- At least 1 year experience in customer service, luxury retail or club lounge
- Strong in interpersonal skills and with excellent service attitude
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good in PC skills and Excel
