Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the Hotel Limousine Fleet and Limousine Drivers, Porte Cochere Operations including: Valet Parking Services, coordinating Private Vehicles, Taxis, Shuttle Buses, Coaches
• To ensure a consistent smooth traffic flow through the Porte Cochere and drive way areas
• To ensure that all guests arriving and departing from the Hotel Porte Cochere are greeted with professional courtesy and offered immediate assistance
• To ensure maximum revenue potential for Transportation and maintaining effective cost control
• To liaise closely with the Valet Parking, Bell, Airport Representative and Concierge and Guest Relations Staff to ensure the highest levels of professional courtesy and efficient/effective communications are maintained at all times

Job Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong road network
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
