 Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle selling and leasing of luxury residential properties in Hong Kong
• Provide professional agency services to prospective clients (local and Expat)
• Valuation and presentation of properties
• Establish and maintain a great and long-term relationship with clients
• Provide professional and ongoing client support
• Implementation of sales and marketing activities
  

 Requirements:  

• Ideally with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in property industry with EAA licence
• Candidate with less experience / without licence will also be considered
• An excellent communicator, ideally with Sales background
• Outgoing, professional, flexible and willing to learn new tasks
• Good command of spoken and written English or Chinese. Other language would be a bonus
  
• Job title is subject to the candidate's experience and sales performance
